Digital Products
After payment, you will receive an email with instructions to access your digital product.
Due to the instant delivery of digital items, we do not offer refunds for buyer remorse or change of mind except where required by law.
However, if there is a technical fault prohibiting access to the digital content, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If we cannot restore access, we will provide a refund at our discretion.
Refund requests for defective products must be made within 14 days of your order. You will be required to provide proof and details of the technical issue encountered. Refunds are granted at DigitalePage’s sole discretion.
Subscription Services
For any subscription-based services, you may cancel and request a proportional refund based on the unused portion of your subscription. Refunds are calculated from the date of cancellation.
To request a subscription cancellation, please contact us or cancel through your account dashboard. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Change of Mind
As all sales are final, please browse carefully before purchasing. DigitalePage does not offer refunds because of change of mind, inaccurate purchase selection, failure to read the description, or failure to access the digital materials.
